Recently a German paintball retailer likely made an error on their publishing schedule. A video showing the yet to be confirmed EMF200 from Planet Eclipse leaked online, exciting mag fed paintball players everywhere.

A Big Step Up
The marker itself looks to be a follow up to the very popular EMF100 but at likely a much higher price point. Where the EMF100 was a modified Emek this new offering looks to be built from the ground up. Gone is the makeshift stock that bridged between the back of the marker and the tank. Now we see a tank in stock design reminiscent of old school Tippmann SMG markers but without the angle for C02.

Inside the marker will be the OP Core, the upgraded bolt system seen in Planet Eclipse’s top of the line CS3. This suggests that you should expect a high end price tag, but also a top of the line quality. I would not be surprised if this marker is in the $1500+ range.
If you are on a budget, the EMF200 is likely not for you. If you want a mag fed marker on a budget the EMF100 or Tippmann TMC will likely still be your best options. If you want the tactical look but don’t care for the mag fed style of paintball, the Emek with EMC kit made it on to our best markers of 2025.
Time will tell what this EMF200 does to the market, but the mag fed community will be happy to see another high end offering as the last one that I remember was the Dye DAM.
